Because your order is a custom order, returns are limited. It is not possible to restock and resell your embroidered items.
Please order your sizes carefully.
If you have a complaint, call us to see if there is something we can do for you. Do not return any items without authorization.
Defective garments that have not been abused, will be replaced at our expense.
Embroidery, as long as it has not been altered and/or abused may be replaced. We check all garments prior to shipping for quality embroidery. If it turns out that you just don't like it, and the quality passed our quality check on the way out the door, there may be very little we can do for you.
We strive for a quality product, and have extreamly low complaints with our products. We only provide this information to alert you to the limitations we have on returns of custom goods.
